Andrew is a Principal Consultant and transport economist based in our Leeds office. He has specialisms in demand forecasting, economic appraisal, and business case development.
Andrew is an experienced Project Manager and has worked on behalf of local authorities, sub-national transport bodies, and public transport operators across the UK. At Steer, Andrew works across our Rail and Business Case & Transport Economics teams on projects covering all stages of project development, from strategy production, and feasibility studies to producing Full Business Case documents.
Andrew frequently uses his knowledge of relevant demand forecasting and economic appraisal guidance in his work. Recently he has managed the production of several Economic Impact Assessment studies for public transport operators in the UK.
